By using our services, you agree to the terms set out on this page. We provide website services on our hosting domain. Clients are required to pay for hosting and any optional add-ons selected. We can also provide a quote for custom systems based on your requirements.
Hosting and Billing Policy
Hosting is billed in advance. This means payment is made for the next month and not for the previous month. If payment is not received, hosting fees are considered unpaid and the website may be taken offline.
A grace period of 7 (seven) days is provided after the due date. If the account remains unpaid after the grace period, website and related services may be suspended until full payment is received.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available on hosting, domain, or related service fees once payment has been made. However, depending on the situation, special refund arrangements may be considered at our sole discretion.
Domain Services
We sell domain names and can assist with domain transfers in and out on request. Transfer requests are handled administratively and may require verification and supporting information.
Privacy and POPIA Compliance
We do not share your personal information with any third party unless required by law or necessary to deliver the requested service. We comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and process personal information responsibly.
